The diamond case securely holds the stone and also secures your GIA diamond grading report. The diamond is sealed inside the case thanks to a tamper – proof security sticker.

Our gold bars are individually sealed in TEP (tamper-evident packaging); guaranteeing high-quality gold bullions and ensuring that your gold bar comes in an unaltered, pristine condition.
By using this process, DIAGO can guarantee that the bars you receive are authentic and in the exact condition as they were when they left the mint. This process gives investors confidence in their purchase, knowing that they can buy, hold or sell an authentic bar.

The dispatch of the goods, regardless of value, is not at the risk of the consumer.
The value logistics and insurance costs are borne by DIAGO.
We take care of all import formalities into the countries of the European Union (EU) for you.
In case of delivery to islands and non-EU-countries further costs may arise, which DIAGO is not responsible for and which have to be paid by the customer.
These include, for example, costs for money transfer through credit institutions (transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties, including taxes and customs duties.
Once your order has dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email that includes UPS tracking information.
After your order and payment of the invoice, your diamond / gold is insured against damages during transport, until securely delivered.

We check and confirm the quality, purity, authenticity and conflict-free nature of all our diamonds.
Once grinded and polished, all diamonds are sent to GIA, the most respected international independent third-party laboratory, for a comprehensive evaluation and certification.
