No other precious stone can match the diamond. It is found in the most remote regions of the earth and the fact that it is formed at all is a small miracle.

Diamonds found nowadays were formed over 2 billion years ago, deep within the Earth's crust. Conditions of intense heat and pressure that caused carbon atoms to crystallize forming diamonds.

About one ton of rock contains less than half a carat of rough diamonds, making diamonds one of the rarest and most sought-after gemstones in the world.
